Now Hiring: Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our organization. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
Reports to: Executive Director
Salary: starting at $44,000 based on experience/annually, 40 hours/week
FLSA Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support:
-
Manage the Executive Director’s schedule, including appointments, and meetings
-
Screen and prioritize incoming calls and emails
-
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
-
Assist with preparation of expenditure reports
-
Conduct research and gather information to support the Executive Director’s initiatives
-
Office Management:
-
Oversee and organize general office operations, including maintaining office and kitchen supplies and equipment
-
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
-
Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
-
Administrative Tasks:
-
Take accurate meeting notes and distribute them to relevant parties
-
Assist the Director of Finance with basic data entry and other accounting related tasks as needed (including use of QuickBooks Online)

Coordinate office events and meetings
-
Managing grants reporting calendar
-
Additional Duties:
-
Provide support to other team members as needed

Assist with special projects as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
-
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role (2+ years)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Google Workspace

Experience with QuickBooks Online a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Detail-oriented and able to multitask

Strong problem-solving skills
Education/Experience
-
Experience working in a non-profit or educational setting

Knowledge of project management
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift 30lbs in order to supervise and organize GOFM office storage
