Join us this Sunday for an amazing Juneteenth event!

• Get the whole family involved with our “Handprints to Freedom” activity: Kids learn more about history of Juneteenth and make their own mark by creating a special handprint. It’s a fun and educational way for our youngest community members to connect with this important day.

• Shop at black-owned businesses like JT’s Eatery & Grimm of Galveston Hot Sauce Co. . They’re bring the heat AND the eats!

• We also have the NAACP Galveston Chapter, and Rosenberg Library tabling this weekend to share more about Juneteenth.
