The Galveston’s Own Farmers Market is in search of a fresh new local design made by you! The design (and the winning artist!!) will be debuted at market this fall, where the public can purchase and wear for years to come.

Use your design to tell us what GOFM means to you! We seek an attractive design that captures the essence of GOFM–the local foods markets, gardening, sharing food, supporting families and Galvestonians, cooking and community!

Winner will receive a $50 GOFM Gift Certificate that can be used at markets.

GOFM Shirt Design Submission Guidelines:

Criteria:

• Utilize no more than 2 colors

• Must be 100% original 

• Captures GOFM spirit, principles, and values

• Clear, visible, and memorable design

• Can design front and/or back of shirt

Accepted submissions will be showcased at GOFM this fall where the public will vote for their favorite design. The submission with the most votes will be printed.

Design does not contain any copyrighted material, including images/copy found on the internet, unless clearly marked as published under a creative commons (cc) license. If you win, you will be asked to provide the original design in a high resolution format that is compatible with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.

The winning design will remain the property of Galveston’s Own Farmers Market, and will not be returned to the creator. GOFM may use the winning design at any time after the contest. GOFM may use any non-winning submission at any time after the contest as well. The winner may display their own design in a portfolio or personal collection, but may not sell or reproduce the design for any other purpose once submitted to the contest
